Who we are
Axta Detailing is a car detailing business in Folkestone, Kent. If you have any question about your information, email Admin@axtadetailing.co.uk.
What we collect
When you send a booking request we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, your car, the package and size you chose, a preferred date and any notes. We don't collect anything else through this site.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, arrange and carry out your booking, and keep the records any business needs. We never sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who else handles it
- Netlify hosts this website and passes booking requests to us by email.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
- Shopify handles gift card purchases on its own checkout, under its own privacy policy.
- Instagram links open Instagram, which has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details for as long as we need them to deliver the service and keep proper business records, then delete them.
Photos of your car
We take photos and video of our work and always blur number plates. If you'd rather your car wasn't photographed, tell us when you book or on the day.
Cookies
This site doesn't set cookies. It remembers in your browser, for that visit only, that you've already seen the opening animation.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Admin@axtadetailing.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
